Shaima Matar | Founder & CEO, Dubai
Shaima doesn’t just consult on Dubai real estate. She built her career inside the very developments that shaped it.
As a high-level insider who has navigated two decades of UAE property cycles, the questions her investor clients carry are questions she has solved at the highest scale — how to identify true value before the market catches on, how to protect capital across shifting economic tides, and how to build a lasting portfolio without taking uncalculated risks.
She pairs that insider’s mastery with an executive’s execution rigor: 20+ years inside the region’s top Tier-1, semi-government, and private developers — including Nakheel, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Ellington Properties, Tilal City Sharjah, and Rabdan Developments — directing mega-project launches and sales operations across the UAE.
Having played a pivotal role in the monetization of iconic landmarks like Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali, and The World Islands, she has personally built and led high-performing sales organizations, architected go-to-market strategies, and contributed to nearly AED 10 billion in cumulative real estate transactions.
